To ensure all orders arrive in safe and perfect condition during hot weather season between the middle of March through the end of November we only offer FedEx "Priority Overnight" next day air usually delivered before 2:00 pm.
Until the customer receives his / her order in good condition Mirelli Chocolatier assumes full responsibility to replace or to reimburse the entire order amount at the customer's own discretion in case it is damaged or lost during transit. Proof of damage is required to submit a claim with the courier which (includes a clear picture of the shipping carton and multiple comprehensive pictures of the damaged items in the inner boxes).
