At Mirelli Chocolatier, we take every measure to make sure your orders are handled and delivered with care. Please take a moment to review some of our policies.
To ensure all orders arrive in safe and perfect condition during hot weather season between the middle of March through the end of November we only offer FedEx "Priority Overnight" or UPS next day air usually delivered before 2:00 pm.
Until the customer receives his / her order in good condition Mirelli Chocolatier assumes full responsibility to replace or to reimburse the entire order amount at the customer's own discretion in case it is damaged or lost during transit. Proof of damage is required WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT to submit a claim with the courier which (includes a clear picture of the shipping carton and multiple comprehensive pictures of the damaged items in the inner boxes). Mirelli Chocolatier assumes no responsibility if the package was delivered and left outside or at the porch due to the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery hence the damage was caused due to direct exposure to the sun or to the element of heat. It is the customer's responsibility to be present at home at the time of the delivery to bring the package into a cooler environment away from heat.
